PhET is a very good platform that offers free interactive simulations to help  students develop a an informed understanding of a variety of phenomena covering science, physics and math.  These simulations come to life via the use of graphics, interactive controls, sliders and radio buttons. Students can easily manipulate its intuitive interface and even get animated feedback and responses as they navigate their way through simulations.

World Library of Science is a very good resource for teachers, students and science enthusiasts. Instructables is an educational website and mobile app where you can have access to a treasure trove of instructional videos and how-to guides covering a wide variety of topics from science experiments to amazing inventions. If you need some new ideas for your next classroom maker project, Instructables offers a library of over 100k of do-it-yourself projects created and shared by members of the community which amount to 2 million members.  Additionally, you and your students can create your own projects and upload them to the site and share your ideas with other teachers.

Mystery Science is a cool website that provides elementary teachers with with a variety of lessons to inspire kids to love science. Each lesson starts with a short video, followed by comprehension questions and a hands-on activity.

The Lawrence Hall of Science provides a rich library of interactives covering different scientific phenomena. Students can use them in hands-on  activities to design, test, and discover amazing things about science.  Museum of Science + Industry Chicago features an entire section on science called "Online Science". The page contains multiple resources for science teachers such as science games and apps, videos explaining different scientific phenomena, and fun activities for learning about science. Online Science also has a podcast service that teachers can use to  listen to discussions and talks around different science concepts.

Science Netlinks is a great resource website for science teachers. I came across it while I was compiling a list of the best science games for students. Science NetLinks is a project of the Directorate for Education and Human Resources Programs of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. At Science NetLinks, you'll find teaching tools, interactives, podcasts, and hands-on activities, and all of it is free! Science Netlinks provides a wide variety of science lesson plans and other materials that teachers can use with their students in class.
